It doesn't mean that I would transform from a lady to a guy ya! Oh no no no! Honestly all these while I have never really concerned about health. I would bedal all kinds of food that are served especially bila balik kampung. I love to mark today's date as it is a very special day that I will be very cautios about what and when I eat something.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mari, I share a little info about myself yang sangat menggerunkan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. I love chocolate, ice cream, cakes especially choc cake. So basically all the sweet stuff lah. Bila I makan ini2 benda, bukanlah dalam quantity yang sedikit ya tetapi sangat banyak. Memang ramai orang kata, masa kita boleh makan ini dan itu, baik kita makan je semua benda ni. Tapi bukankah jika kita berpenyakit, benda2 inilah puncanya. So definitely prevention is better than cure isn't it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. I sangat2 jarang ambil breakfast. It's not that I don't know how important a breakfast to us tapi I memang selalu take it for granted. Reason being I selalu bangun lambat because most of the time I selalu kerja malam so bila bangun the next day I terus ambil brunch. Or sometimes I rasa, if nak diet I need to let go my breakfast meal. But but but I was totally wrong. Breakfast is like the key to boost our energy for the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. I suka suka suka makan tengah tengah malam. Makan nasi ke, ice cream ke and especially chocolates! Memang sangat suka makan I ni. Dahlah bedal segala jenis makanan then makan pula bila bila masa yang I terasa nak makan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. I love coffee too. I can't leave without it. Normally if I pergi Starbucks or Coffee Bean, dah lah confirm order coffee, ice blended pula itu! Siap request whipped cream ye (ermm, yeker it is called whipped cream?excuse me if salah ye). So, betapa healthy nye my life is eh no WAS!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. I can't leave wihout rice and everytime makan, I would definitely asked for more ya! And I akan ambil nasi banyak yang lauk pauk nya sedikit saja. As I said earlier, I kan rice lover! If one day, only one meal je I consume rice definitely terus macam orang tak betul saja that day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. I tak pernah exercise. Tak pernah di sini meaning only once in a blue moon saja ye and I never care to do it pun. My exercise is just depends on if I mengemas rumah, itu dikira exerciselah pada I. I know it's not enough.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. I feel tired and lazy easily. Basically no energy at all by tengahari. Orang masih muda tapi body macam orang tua.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Actually there's much more but I just highlight the main points and because of all these, I want to change or it is more to I need to change?
